1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this digital platform and client dashboard, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms of service contained in these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to the entire website, client panels, and any communication between you and ADGo Studio.

2. Services & Digital Shop Management

Our platform provides tools and a secure dashboard to manage digital shop assets, brand logos, and direct administrative inquiries. You acknowledge and agree that all content and data uploaded to your dashboard must comply with applicable legal guidelines and third-party policies.

3. Accounts & Subscriptions

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms. Paid subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis and can be managed directly from your member dashboard.

4. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ADGo Studio and its licensors. All brand assets, logos, and uploaded files remain your property or are licensed for your operational use in accordance with your chosen subscription plan.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ADGo Studio, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide appropriate notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
